Brand Signage Guide
Centerpark Homes was in need of some signage solutions for their new housing project out past Summerville, SC. I was tasked with coming up with a simple signage and print guide for their future projects. This included site signs for future construction, model home markers, reserved parking signs, business cards and more. I pulled inspiration from their existing logo for the shape of their signs as well as drew inspiration from other signs I’ve worked on before. The end result was a slew of create eye-catching layouts that are stylish and message-forward.
